Main ObjectiveThe Seminar aims to provide participants with a forum for dialogue to better understand the comprehensive approach to the challenges of addressing urban poverty. It strives to identify the necessary institutional actors and elements for the design and implementation of a national strategy to address poverty through inclusion, in order to ensure the effective enjoyment of social rights of the population.
